By creating an account or using Cards From You ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send cards containing threatening, harassing, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the Service for spam or bulk unsolicited mailings
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

4. Orders and Payments

Card orders are processed according to your selected delivery method. Physical cards are fulfilled by third-party providers and delivery times may vary. Digital cards (email and text) are sent promptly after order creation. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.

5. Pricing & Payment

Each card is purchased individually at the price shown at checkout. Tax is calculated based on your location. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis—contact us at Jenn@cardsfromyou.com.

6. Intellectual Property

Card designs, website content, and the Cards From You brand are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any personal messages you write. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your messages for order fulfillment purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
