No subscription required. You can pay per card forever, $0.99 for digital, $7.24 for handwritten mailed cards. The Unlimited Digital subscription ($4.99/mo or $39/year) is just an option for people who send a lot of digital cards and would rather pay one flat price.
All email and SMS card sends, on every occasion and style, with no per-card fee. You can also schedule sends for future dates. Soft caps: up to 100 sends per day and 500 per month per account, to protect against abuse, normal use never hits these. Handwritten mailed cards are not included; they stay $7.24 each.
Yes. One click in your dashboard (Manage billing) cancels at the end of your current period, your access continues through the time you already paid for, then simply doesn't renew. We don't pro-rate unused time.
Stripe automatically retries failed payments. If it still doesn't go through, your subscription pauses and you'll be asked to update your card before your next send. Any cards you already sent stay sent, we never undo deliveries.
Per Cards From You account. Unlimited Digital covers every digital card sent from your logged-in account.
Yes, where required. Stripe Tax automatically calculates the right amount based on your billing address and adds it on top of the subscription price.
The per-card price covers everything for that card. For digital cards ($0.99): your personalized message and delivery via email or text. For physical cards ($7.24): premium card stock, your handwritten message, postage, and mailing via USPS. Each card price includes the card, delivery, and postage. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Physical cards are mailed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 4-10 business days, depending on USPS transit time.
